While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchases, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.

• Returns can be made within 15 days of your purchase for a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

Services have been recommended based on our technician’s expertise in consultation with you. We cannot guarantee results and therefore there is no refund on services.

Our services packages have no expiry and are non-transferrable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, packages or gift cards.
